  My mother just got a newer car because her old car threw in the towel. She has a perfect driving record from the time she began driving to present day, (many many years of driving experience w/o any incidents what so ever). Today she got her new insurance bill/rate in the mail and it is totally mind blowing on how much MORE her insurance jumped up! Also there were charges and fees on the bill that are uncalled for and ridiculous. I honestly DO NOT recommend anyone getting insurance from this agent.

  Richard Palmer is the ultimate, sleazy insurance salesman. He will do anything to get you signed up and then nothing to assist you once you are a customer. My car was vandalized on Christmas Eve 2009 and when I contacted Rich to expedite the handling of my claim, which was taking far too long to process, I was told that he couldn’t do anything to assist me. It took over a week of being without a car—my own car being less than a year old—for the claim to be processed and he refused to try to assist me get a rental or faster reimbursement. When I became a customer I received the “If you ever need anything, call me…” line and he quickly proved that is not the case, he just wants a signing bonus when attaining a new customer.
